1、 Design
1. There are generally unqualified steel pipes, top supports, bottom supports, and fasteners in domestic scaffolding, which have not been taken into account in theoretical calculations during actual construction. It is best to take a certain safety factor in the design and calculation process;
2. A clear understanding of heavy-duty scaffolding is also necessary. Generally, if the thickness of the floor exceeds 300, it should be considered to be designed according to heavy-duty scaffolding; If the load on the scaffold exceeds 15KN/㎡, the design plan should be reviewed by experts. At the same time, it is necessary to distinguish which parts of the steel pipe have a significant impact on the load-bearing capacity due to changes in length. For template supports, it should be considered that the distance between the centerline of the top horizontal pole and the template support point should not be too long, generally less than 400m. When calculating the vertical pole, the top and bottom steps generally have the highest stress and should be used as the main calculation points; When the bearing capacity does not meet the requirements, vertical poles should be added to reduce the longitudinal and transverse spacing, or horizontal poles should be added to reduce the step distance.
2、 Construction
If the sweeping rod is missing, the distance between the sweeping rod and the ground is too large or too small, and there is no connection at the longitudinal and transverse boundaries; The scaffold board is cracked, the thickness is insufficient, and the overlap does not meet the specification requirements; After the removal of the large formwork, there is no anti fall net between the inner pole and the wall; Open scaffold is not provided with slant support; The spacing between the small horizontal bars under the scaffold board is too large; The fastener connection is not tight or the fastener slips; Scissor braces are not connected in the plane, etc.
