1. Vertical horizontal bar (large horizontal bar), horizontal horizontal bar (small horizontal bar), scaffold board
1.1 The longitudinal horizontal bar (large horizontal bar) is placed on top of the small horizontal bar and fastened to the column with right angle fasteners on the inner side of the column. Its length is greater than 3 spans and not less than 6 meters. The large horizontal bar should intersect around the same step. When using wooden scaffold boards or bamboo string scaffold boards, the longitudinal horizontal bar should serve as the support for the transverse horizontal bar and be fixed to the upright pole with right angle fasteners. When using bamboo fence scaffold boards, the longitudinal horizontal bar should be fixed to the transverse horizontal bar with right angle fasteners and should be set at equal intervals, with a spacing of no more than 400mm.
1.2 The extension of longitudinal horizontal bars (large horizontal bars) should be connected by butt fasteners or by overlapping. The longitudinal horizontal bars (large horizontal bars) are connected by butt fasteners, and their joints should be arranged in a staggered manner. The joint between two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars should not be set in synchronization or within the same span. The horizontal distance between two adjacent joints that are not synchronized and span should not be less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the nearest main node should not be greater than one-third of the longitudinal distance (as shown in the figure below).
1.3 The overlapping length of the longitudinal horizontal bar (large horizontal bar) should not be less than 1m, and 3 rotating fasteners should be set at equal intervals to fix it. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the end of the overlapping longitudinal horizontal bar should not be less than 100mm.
1.4 The distance between the small horizontal bar and the edge of the outer row large horizontal bar shall not be less than 100mm, and the distance between the inner row large horizontal bar and the outer edge of the structure shall be 150mm, with a length not exceeding 350mm. The upper and lower small horizontal bars should be staggered at the upright position, and adjacent small horizontal bars on the same level should be arranged facing each other at the column.
When using bamboo scaffolding boards, they should be fixed to the upright pole with right angle fasteners; The horizontal bars of non main nodes on the working layer should be set at equal intervals according to the needs of supporting scaffolding, and the maximum spacing should not exceed 1/2 of the longitudinal distance. The outward extension length of one end of the main node against the wall should not exceed 300mm. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the end of the horizontal bar should not be less than 100mm; The horizontal bars set up on the same vertical pole should be staggered left and right. A horizontal bar must be installed at the main node, fastened with right angle fasteners, and must not be removed.
1.6 Scaffold board (scaffold piece): The scaffold board on the working layer should be fully covered, stably laid, and compacted; The bamboo scaffold board (piece) should be laid perpendicular to the longitudinal horizontal bar direction according to its main bamboo reinforcement, and should be connected and laid flat. The four corners should be fixed to the longitudinal horizontal bar with galvanized steel wire with a diameter of not less than 1.2mm.
1.7 The scaffolding should be laid layer by layer with scaffolding pieces. During the decoration stage, the scaffolding pieces must be fully laid layer by layer. The scaffolding pieces must be fixed and tied with galvanized steel wire of not less than 1.2mm, with no less than 4 points tied firmly. The joints should be smooth, without probe plates, and effective protective measures must be taken for areas that cannot be fully laid.
2. Vertical pole
2.1 A base or pad should be installed at the bottom of each pole. The pad should be made of wooden pads with a length of not less than 2 spans, a thickness of not less than 50mm, and a width of not less than 200mm.
2.2 The top of the pole is 1.8m higher than the daughter wall surface and 1.8m higher than the structural eaves surface.
2.3 Scaffolding must be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods. The vertical sweeping pole should be fixed to the upright pole at a distance of no more than 200 mm from the bottom surface of the steel pipe using right angle fasteners. The horizontal sweeping rod should also be fixed to the upright rod immediately below the vertical sweeping rod with right angle fasteners. When the foundation of the upright pole is not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping rod at the high point must be extended two spans to the low point and fixed to the upright pole, with a height difference of no more than 1m. The distance from the axis of the pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm. (Mandatory provisions)
