Key points of safety technology and safety control for material hoist
1. The bearing capacity and flatness of the foundation should comply with national and industry standards and specifications.

2. Drainage measures should be set up around the foundation.

3. When the load reaches 90% of the rated lifting capacity, the lifting capacity limiter should issue a warning signal; When the load reaches 110% of the rated lifting capacity, the lifting capacity limiter should cut off the power supply of the lifting main circuit. When the wire rope of the lifting cage breaks, the anti fall safety device should stop the lifting cage with the rated lifting capacity and should not cause structural damage. The self elevating platform should adopt a progressive anti fall safety device.

4. The safety stopping device should comply with national and industry regulations and standards, and should be standardized.

5. The upper travel limit should be installed and sensitive and reliable, and the safe over travel should not be less than 3m.

6. The gantry crane and derrick material hoist shall not be used for construction projects of 25m and above.

7. The wear, breakage, deformation, and corrosion of the steel wire rope should be within the allowable range of the specifications.
