1. Material control
The surface of the steel pipe should be straight and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, misalignment, hard bending, burrs, indentations, etc. It is strictly prohibited to drill holes on the steel pipe and anti rust paint must be applied. It is advisable to use 48mmx3.5mm steel pipes. Fastener type steel pipe scaffolding should use fasteners made of malleable cast iron.

2. Basic control
The foundation of the scaffold pole must be flat and compacted, with a base and cushion plate at the bottom of the pole, and a longitudinal and transverse sweeping rod at a distance of 200mm from the ground.

3. Size control
Single and double row scaffolding with a height of less than 24m should have one scissor brace at each end of the outer facade, continuously set from bottom to top, with a spacing greater than 6m and less than 15m. Double row scaffolding with a height greater than 24m should be continuously supported with diagonal braces along the entire length and height of the outer facade.
